Exchange & Damaged Items Policy

At Loopa, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully designed baby and toddler apparel. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain strict quality and hygiene standards, we operate a no-returns policy.
1. No Returns
- All sales are final.
- Returns are not accepted under any circumstances, except for approved exchanges or verified damaged/defective/incorrect items.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We allow one (1) exchange per order, subject to the following conditions:
- Requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are allowed once per order only.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including returning the item to Loopa and receiving the exchanged item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges are permitted for size or color of the same product only, unless otherwise approved by Loopa.
- Non-exchangeable items include:
- Sale or discounted items
- Promotional or free items
- Items purchased during special campaigns (unless stated otherwise)
- Accessories or items marked as non-exchangeable
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@loopakw.com or 0096598950565
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item
Upon verification, Loopa will, at its discretion:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund or store credit if replacement is not possible
- This exception applies only to verified defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Normal variations in color, texture, or minor manufacturing differences are not considered defects.
5. Quality Control & Final Decision
- All exchange requests are subject to inspection upon receipt.
- Loopa reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
- Items failing inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.
